Aloha Everyone!

This month we take you to the beautiful Island of Hawaii and continue our celebration of sharing good food and fine wines with a good-bye to summer and a luau.  So ladies, pull out your grass skirts and gentlemen put on your hawaiian shirts (hawaiian attire is not required in order to share in the fun however) and please join us for a fun and exciting evening!  Our guest this month is Aaron Gossett who will demonstrate his bartending skills and share two sake cocktails to begin the evening.  Mark your calendars for:

First Course

   *Lilikoi (Passion Fruit) Salad

   *Grilled Mahi Mahi with Mango Sauce

          Served with sticky rice

Fourth Course

   *Kahlua Pork

           Served with seasonal vegetables

   *Pina Colada Cake

          Layers of delicate cake,fresh pineapple and coconut
